Profile, password & notifications
Manage your personal account from Settings → Profile. This is where you change your name, email, avatar, password, and email notification preferences.
Profile
- Name — shown in invites, audit logs, and the team page.
- Email — your login email. Changing it requires re-verification.
- Avatar — upload a square image (JPG/PNG, max 2 MB). Used in the dashboard sidebar.
- Country & timezone — controls when daily-scan crons run and how dates display.
Changing your password
Settings → Profile → Change password
Enter your current password
Enter a new password (8+ chars, mix of letters, numbers, and a symbol)
Save
You stay logged in on the current device. All other sessions are signed out.
Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. We'll email you a one-time reset link valid for 1 hour.
Email notifications
Settings → Profile → Notification preferences. Each row is a notification type with a toggle:

| Scan complete | On | Email when a scan finishes (with the new score). |
| Score drop | On | Email if your Visibility Score drops by >5 points between scans. |
| Sentiment alert | On | Email when the negative sentiment percentage rises sharply. |
| New competitor mention | Off | Email each time a new competitor first appears in your data. |
| Weekly summary | On | Monday morning recap with score, trend, and top 3 actions. |
| Product updates | On | New features & changelog (rare — under 1 email/month). |
Logging out everywhere
If you suspect your account has been accessed from another device, click Sign out everywhere at the bottom of the Profile page. Every active session (including the current one) is invalidated.
Deleting your account
Email [email protected] from the address on the account. We'll confirm and delete everything within 7 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
